Ein Staatsvertrag ist eine Vereinbarung zwischen den Bundesländern, mit denen Dinge, für die Länder zuständig sind, einheitlich geregelt werden. Und das betrifft eben auch Medien, Rundfunk und Internet. Die angedachten Änderungen […]:
- ISPs, Anbieter von Webspace und Betreiber von Websites werden gleichgesetzt. Alle haben offenbar gleichermaßen für die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen des JMStV zu sorgen.
- Provider werden verpflichtet, alles ausländischen Websites zu blocken, die sich nicht an die Bestimmungen des JMStV halten.
- Jene Bestimmungen sehen vor, Websites in Altersklassen zu kategorisieren (ab 0, 6, 12, 16 oder 18 Jahre) und es ist sicherzustellen, dass Kinder der falschen Altersklassen nicht an die Inhalte herankommen.
- Mittel der Wahl sind hierbei „ab 18 Jahre“-Hinweise sowie feste Sendezeiten für Websites – also zum Beispiel nur von 22 bis 6 Uhr für Inhalte ab 16.

and that’s not all. the movie is reactionary, pro vigilante and xenophobic - like the 2nd movie this night: «law abiding citizen» (well ok, not xenophobic). quote: «[…] fuck the civil rights.» (the good d.a. to his cop partner)
summa summarum: if daddy was in langley – keep an eye on don’t wasting time w/ weak and reactionary movies.
